Description
Websites collecting information from children under the age of thirteen are required to comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

COPPA For PHP-Fusion user must agree they are 13 Years or over before registration.

COPPA Management Admin Area for Enabling and Disabling COPPA, Setting COOPA Cookie Time and entering Agreement Text.

No modifications of core files is required.

Install
Modified Files - None 
  1. Upload all files and folders in the main /files/ folder.
  2. Go to Site Admin >>> System >>> Infusions >>>  and infuse :

COPPA is now installed the panel is automatically added into the database and enabled as a centre upper panel on register.php only. 

To enable and configure COPPA go to...

Admin >>> Infusions >>> COPPA

To Test it after you have enabled it  go to your register.php, you will be redirected to infusions/coppa/coppa.php

Agree on the Save button, you should now be on register.php.

Try pressing back or point your browser at /infusions/coppa/coppa.php it should not let you it should keep redirecting to register.php because you have already agreed to the COPPA and the COPPA Cookie time limit is not up. When the COPPA Time Limit is up you can go back and agree to it again if you so wish. The Cookie is used just in case a shared computer has lots of users that happen to  use the same site.
